What matters to us most is honesty. We want to be honest with you, with ourselves; honest about how we live our lives, how we view society, how we feel about the world, what concerns us and what doesn’t, what we want and what we fear. We don’t want to sugarcoat our experiences or mask our fears and angers. And that is why it is called “stripped“. Stripped of the masks we sometimes wear in our private and professional lives, stripped of all the nice words and phrases we have all gotten too used to saying, of the ideas that have been projected on us so often that we start to believe them. We are stripped and we are what lies underneath, raw and honest.
